Re: A State of Mind

So to get out, I told them I was a liar, that noone was hurting me at home - I only wanted to cause them pain... but the thera...

Re: Her books

Yeah, I cant make that leap. Even having that information I cant see the books are people angle. I get the analogy in a poetic sense aside from the story :/

Re: I Was A Superhero

Lol I did catch the monster origins but wrote it off to a few too many rewinds of Monsters Inc. And the playground too. I didnt catch the disappearing powers. I thought maybe a placebo - I think therefore I am.

Re: I Was A Superhero

That was a wonderfully written story. I moved along it as though I were within it - watching it happen, feeling it happen, feeling the rushes, feeling the accomplishments, feeling the insecurities... Your character came across as having racing thoughts but a calm demeanor while presenting stoicism.....

Re: THE SHAPE [TW: Gore]

This deserves a LOT more views and reviews than it's got. Sixpenceee, you HAVE to feature this story or SOMEthing. It is brilliant and leaves you with as many questions as anwers. Iceeariina - you put it so much better than I did. I was so impressed I couldnt do justice with my review. Thank you lo...

Re: Now I Have Nothing - TW Gore

I like plot twists. I have a few suggestions - At no point before the transformation are we introduced to the fact that it may be the protagonists/a monster. One plot twist is good M Night Shallaman (name?) Triple Threat is a bit tough on readers. It would probably be best to stick w one character p...

Re: Patient X

I agree with Darylsdckson. I often say things that were and are completely in context for me growing up, that are not PC by far. Tell people to be like Bill, or maybe you could be like Tim ;) (Bill sees something that offends him on the internet and keeps scrolling, Tim has the balloons and doesnt c...

I loved this story! I had guessed she'd cooked the gf he was having an affair in that first (actual) paragraph. But for her to be the ex-wife - ooooooo :)

Re: "I need help."

Good story. I like stories that go into characters minds. I felt like I was your character. So, there were two question I did have. Maybe Im misreading this part but if he is he on break when she comes in how is he seeing her most days? Also, is this the first night she says she needs help? Im askin...

Re: Looping

I really like your interpretation on mental illness. Its such a unique view. Im not a writer but I am an avid reader and love scifi stuff that pulls you in. When writers stray away from science to a "simpler" supernatural explination of things like the Greeks once did - oh its magical :)
